Components of the OSS will be accessible by Maverick and 21Net personnel 24/7/365 on a tiered access model through a secure web-based portal for desktop and hand-held devices, with a GUI appropriately formatted for such devices. The OSS will receive data from the network to provide a real-time and historical view of system activity, system component status and health, network performance, and other key indicators. The OSS is utilized to provide and an extremely high level of system availability, as well as a rapid resolution time to support issues.
