Project Management

Project management gives Maverick the maximum opportunity to positively influence the outcome of a client’s project by applying our experience and knowledge at the earliest planning stages. The earlier we are involved in the major decisions that shape a project, the more we can contribute to cost, time and quality factors during the construction program. Usually, we become an extension of the client’s organization for directing a project.

Schedule Management
In project management, a schedule is a listing of a project's milestones, activities, and deliverables, forecasted start and finish dates. Those items are often estimated from other information such as resource allocation plans, budget, task duration, linkages of dependencies, and scheduled events. Elements on a schedule may be closely related to the work breakdown structure(WBS) terminal elements, the Statement of work, or a Contract Data Requirements List.

Budget and Cost Management
Financial integrity is maintained by careful attention and adherence to the projects budgets within the Projects financial reporting system. Budget managers are responsible for ensuring that the expenses of the accounts managed do not exceed the estimated allocated budget.

Procurement and Logistics
A procurement supply chain manager is directly responsible for the purchasing or procurement of any product (i.e. raw materials, components), services (logistics or otherwise). Having such an individual streamlines the construction process and allows us to deliver projects on budget and on schedule. A logistics supply chain person is focused on the logistical cost and efficiencies within the supply chain of the project
