Program Management
Maverick Program Management Services represent the interests of our customers, by joining our client’s requirements with our own tested program management practices to plan, design, manage, and construct their project. We provide you a one-stop shop to execute your program built on our experience of successfully delivering EPC services for large and small infrastructure projects.
Project Management
Project management gives us at Maverick the maximum opportunity to positively influence the outcome of our client’s project, by applying our experience and knowledge at the earliest planning stages. The earlier we are involved in the major decisions that shape a project, the more we can contribute to cost reduction, time, and quality factors during the construction program. Usually, we become an extension of our client’s organization for directing a project.
Schedule Management
In project management, a schedule is a listing of a project's milestones, activities, and deliverables, forecasted start and finish dates. Those items are often estimated from other information such as resource allocation plans, budget, task duration, linkages of dependencies, and scheduled events. Elements on a schedule may be closely related to the work breakdown structure (WBS) terminal elements, the statement of work, or a contract data requirements list.
Budget and Cost Management
Financial integrity is maintained by careful attention and adherence to the project’s budgets, recorded within the project’s financial reporting system. The role of our budget managers is to ensure that the expenses of the accounts managed do not exceed their allocated budget.
Procurement and Logistics
A procurement supply chain manager is directly responsible for the purchase, or procurement, of any products (i.e. raw materials, components) and services (logistics or otherwise). Having such an individual in this role allows for the streamlining of the construction process and allows us to deliver projects on budget and on schedule. A logistics supply chain manager is focused on the logistical cost and efficiencies within the supply chain of the project.
